But when worry is unproductive, or when unfocused worry- spirals are increasing anxiety, interfering with our day, or resulting in more time spent worrying than working, its time to lessen the worry habit

 

This 2- hour workshop provides practical strategies to curtain unhelpful worrying and decrease its negative impact on mood and performance.
