During the workshop participants will have the opportunity to learn skills, tools and knowledge to help their mind, body and spirit stay strong and healthy now and into the future.
Topics covered include keeping your mind sharp with mind exercises, managing stress and anxiety, stopping negative self-talk, exercise vs active living, sleep, simple yoga and Tai Chi, eating well, living simply, changing the way we think and learning to respect ourselves.
